The Quirky Aspects of Your Style

I generally prefer a mismatched look, but my style quirk is being matchy-matchy in the extreme about certain specific items. 

One, my bra and knickers MUST match both in colour and fabrication. They dont need to be the same brand, but they must look like a matching set. No matter how fab my outfit, it wont feel right unless my bra and undies match each other. Second, the metals on my watch and wedding ring must match too. Ill wear my platinum wedding ring with silver watches, and my gold wedding rings with a gold watch. I feel sloppy and untidy when they are mismatched. 

Of course, mismatching your undies and metals is stylishly acceptable. M

The Global Eastpak Artist Studio 2012 has been launched

On January 18 Eastpak launched their Artist Studio 2012 @ art house Tacheles in Berlin with a series of rucksacks customized by luminaries such as Johnny Marr (The Smiths), Marc Atlan, Jordan Betten, singer Yelle, designer Julie Verhoeven, singer Marina Diamondis of Marina & The Diamonds and around 150 more artists- including our students Clizia Garrone and Alexandra Fernandez! The bags will be sold online in around 55 days and all proceeds will benefit the eudcation center of Designers against AIDS. More launch events are planned for Antwerp (January 27 in our very own Pop Up Store), Rotterdam (at The Raw Art Fair, date tbc), London (February 1 in a bar/gallery in Shoreditch) and a host of other cities worldwide more details to follow soon.

Let me go on a tangent here and say that I absolutely love Quo lip glosses. They make the best neutral and nude colours. I always get compliments when I wear them, and all my friends are so surprised that its a drugstore gloss thats giving me the perfect neutral colours every time.
