Do you often get up in the middle of the night? Do you feel exhausted the majority of the times when you are awake? Does your better half complain that your snoring wakes them up at night? If you answer yes to these questions then you may be showing sleep apnea symptoms.
So how can I tell if I’m afflicted by sleep apnea? Well one of the first symptoms is getting up in the middle of the night, and when you do get do you frequently feel out of breath, like you were running.
Secondly constantly feeling exhausted or drained during standard hours when you should be awake is another apnea symptom. There are some people that get a good night’s rest but will still feel exhausted during the daytime.

Do you get angry? Everyone gets angry don’t they, and that’s ok. We all get angry because anger is a preconditioned emotional response to various stressful life situations. But although we all get angry some of us suffer from anger to the point where it can be a serious problem.
Like many emotions, anger can get out of control. It can become overpowering and get way beyond normal bounds. And this may have happened to you. But if you are finding that our anger is getting out of control it can damage your life in so many different ways.
And excess anger can lead to various sorts of unusual behavior. There’s so many different ways that the excess anger can manifest itself in your life. Some obvious ones I’m sure you know, like shouting at people . But there are also some less obvious like sulleness, grumpiness and overt aggression to strangers, withdrawal, and short temperedness.
And there can be way more serious manifestations like violence and threats of violence to other people including the sufferers family, loved ones and children. When anger reaches this stage it is way out of control and something has to be done about it. (more…)
